A new student recreation complex including a fitness center and collegiate level stadium opened in August of 2009. 

For maximum access, the SRC is located in the northeast corner of campus at the corner of Geer Road and Christoffersen Parkway.

The Student Recreation Complex includes a new fitness center (18,500 square feet), lighted track and soccer field with stadium seating, press box, restrooms, parking and landscape.

The Recreation Center includes a fitness room, aerobic space, locker rooms, and a multi-purpose court for student use. The track and soccer field stadium features a 2100-seat grandstands and press box to help the University maintain a competitive facility for games and meets.

Addition of a lighted intramural field will provide CSU Stanislaus with its first dedicated facility for that program. Participation in intramurals has increased dramatically with the University's steady enrollment growth and improved student generated recreation programs.
